Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Due to the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our relaxing spa treatments. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests. All spa guests underage must be accompanied by a guardian and have a signed consent form. If booking more then one spa/salon service we require a major credit card to hold the appointments.

If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for services and packages. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final for gift cards.

Please note we kindly accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Bella-Riley’s Salon and Day Spa Gift Certificate.

Proper spa / salon etiquette:

• Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled table time to allow yourself time to check in, get changed and relax before your service
• 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee
